First installation

Set up your Assessment Platform

Connect your database and create the first administrator. Public registration is disabled.

HTTPS is active. The browser connection is encrypted.

1. Verify server access

The key was created when you opened this page. Read storage/app/private/installation/setup-key from the project folder using Plesk File Manager or SSH. This key keeps visitors from claiming a new installation.

2. Database connection

Create an empty database and its user in your hosting panel first. The installer creates the application tables.

For SQLite, the configured server file is created if needed; network connection fields are ignored. Testing does not create application tables or accounts.

3. First organisation and administrator

After signing in, open Settings → Security to enroll your TOTP authenticator and save recovery codes. Add other accounts from your organisation's members screen.
